Job Summary:
Player 15 Group is the sports, entertainment and real estate operating and investment company that owns and operates the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League) as well as operations of the downtown Phoenix arena. Player 15 Group is looking for individuals who are committed to pursuing excellence and creating memorable experiences. Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content Producer to capture content, produce and edit exceptional storytelling pieces. To provide overall video production support for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns brand and partnership initiatives. This Content Producer must have exceptional creativity, strong knowledge of video production, and a positive, help the team attitude.

What You Will Do:
• Develop video storytelling concepts for team brand, marketing, sales initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Create and drive strategy around capturing and executing long-form partner branded and brand marketing content to drive business objectives.
• Play a key role in advancing the Suns' content efforts, including developing content, sharing best practices & industry trends, and providing expertise around production and post-production practices.
• Manage and direct a wide range of video projects from start to finish, collaborating with departments across the organization and bring their visions to life.

What We Need From Our Content Producer:
• High level of versatility in content creation. Should have experience in producing high-energy basketball-based content as well as strong storytelling skills.
• A strong ability to assess partner needs and goals to collaborate and fulfill from a content perspective.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Cloud applications. Specifically, Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• A strong level of experience in all aspects of video production, filming, lighting, and audio.
• The ability to operate in a ''one man band'' fashion to see projects through from start to finish
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to turn projects in a timely manner.

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of professional video production experience. Experience in sports is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
