Job Summary
Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps.
Responsibilities:
• Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events/signage.
• Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP's/event registration table.
• Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc).
• Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts.
• Assist with sponsorship field days; including planning and event setup/tear down.
• Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.
