Job Summary
As a Finance Intern with the Pittsburgh Pirates, you will gain valuable experience with our Finance Department. In this role you will gain knowledge in the Finance & Accounting field while providing support through various projects and tasks.

Responsibilities
Primary:
• Maintain detailed subsidiary ledgers for various department expense accounts.
• Prepare and remit invoices for corporate sponsorships.
• Review documentation to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with invoice and other data entry.
• Analyze financial variances from budget and prior year.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction reviews.
• Compile necessary documentation as requested by department supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Candidates majoring in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
• Must be in a degree seeking program at junior, senior, or graduate level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
