Job Summary
This Graphic Design Internship position is a seasonal position (Mar-Oct) working as a team with the Sr. Designer, Designers, and the Creative Director on a variety of projects and assignments. Assignments primarily come from the Creative Director, and the Creative Project Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner. This candidate should also seek out and be open to constructive criticism.
Responsibilities:
• Clearly communicate and present ideas through visuals to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the Pirates brand, voice, and audience to produce visuals that inspire our brand story while also building authentic relationships.
• Work with other creative team members to produce cohesive content and designs for all platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with other creative team members and attend project and team meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization.
• Accept real and constructive feedback when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned by Creative Director.
Qualifications:
Required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Must be in a Degree-Seeking Program at Junior, Senior or Graduate level, majoring in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the graphic production process.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Desired
• Ability to work some gamedays throughout the season.
