We're looking for a VFX Production Assistant to join our Production Team based in our Stuttgart or Frankfurt studio. Join us and bring your creativity to life!
As a VFX Production Assistant, you will:
• Support show and production team with meeting organization
• Set up playlists and materials for client meetings
• Manage and track all incoming and outgoing materials including outsource from ingestion to delivery
• Update the show teams about received material and making sure the material is properly organized and handed off to the respective departments
• Maintain show e-mail aliases and support on-boarding and off-boarding of artists to shows
Requirements:
• Previous VFX work experience or education in VFX Workflows
• Must be proactive, organised and detail oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and have a basic understanding of OS and file navigation
• Able to grow and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
