Production Assistant- PNC Music Pavilion
THE JOB
The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting the Production team with needs on-stage, backstage and administratively. In addition, there will be requirements related to both technical and non-technical details of concerts and events at Live Nation operated venues and third-party venues including clubs, theaters, arenas and stadiums in the local market and surrounding areas.
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION
• Assist in the coordination between client production and local venues
• Integrate with backstage staff – hiring, scheduling and leading of local runners and catering teams at multiple venues throughout the season
• Obtaining and advancing technical information, including production needs, client rider requirements, and stage/capacity changes
• Interface with local vendors and clients to assure all show requirements are met. This to include rental equipment, stagehands, security, medical, runners and other casual labor while emphasizing quality, cost and reliability
• Participation in concerts and other private events from prior to load in through completion of load out, with emphasis on customer service, adherence to local/state sound restrictions, scheduled timelines and cost containment
• Show settlement preparation, artist and vendor payments and invoice reconciliation for events
• Help shop, set up, and maintain artist Hospitality requirements and dressing room areas
• Other tasks as required

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), google docs, etc.
• Attends operational meetings as required
• Ability to travel within the Charlotte market as schedule dictates
• Flexible Schedule (days, nights, early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays)
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle/transportation
