Production Runner - PNC Music Pavillion
The Role:
Production Runner is responsible for completing various errands and tasks directly related to show Production needs and client requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc.; before, during and after shows
• Purchasing various products/materials required from local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.)
• Facilitating large crew meal orders with local restaurants
• Assisting in the coordinating of crew laundry drop-offs/pickups at approved local vendors
• Cash reconciliation
• Miscellaneous jobs and tasks, as required
Personal Requirements:
• Good driving record, fully insured, current and active Driver's License
• At least 21 years of age
• Confidence in driving rental vehicles of all types, including mini vans and larger passenger vans
• Must be highly flexible and be able to work long hours, including on weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Charlotte and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores/suppliers
• Ability to work independently, with great attention to detail while helping complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, responsible and maintain a positive attitude
• Must remain discreet while working in private areas near our clients and their guests
• Possesses the ability to maintain decorum and professionalism in situations that can sometimes feel tense and/or uncomfortable
• Background check is required
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Work environment is fast paced, often loud, and potentially stressful
• Position requires extended periods of standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoors.
• Employees in this position will be exposed to the outdoor weather elements on each shift.
• Must be able to lift or move items up to 50lbs.
