Role Overview:
PodProMax is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Admin/Market Research Specialist. This role is crucial in identifying and securing new opportunities for our talent to enhance their visibility and influence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, identifying potential brand partnerships, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and other relevant opportunities. This role will involve extensive research, outreach, and coordination, ensuring our talent is positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct weekly assessments of current talent to identify potential brand partnerships, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and other opportunities.
- Research and compile a list of potential contacts, including email addresses of brands, sponsors, and event organizers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities relevant to our talent.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Initiate and manage email outreach campaigns to potential partners, sponsors, and event organizers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to facilitate opportunities for our talent.
- Coordinate initial meetings between potential partners, Shawn Anthony (CEO), and Executive Assistant, ensuring all necessary information is communicated effectively.
3. Reporting & Coordination:
- Report weekly to the Executive Assistant, on market research findings, potential opportunities, and outreach progress.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings, highlighting new opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to schedule and prepare for meetings with potential partners and sponsors.
4. Deal Facilitation:
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant and other team members to facilitate the closing of deals, including sending existing follow-up assets and drafting initial contract drafts
- Ensure all necessary information and contacts are passed on to the relevant parties to finalize agreements, including Shawn Anthony and Executive Assistant
- Track and document all outreach efforts, meetings, and deal progress in a structured manner.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in market research, talent administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for research, outreach, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, while maintaining regular communication with the team.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and an understanding of the podcasting landscape is a plus.
