Fulfillment Overview:
The Fulfillment team is responsible for auditing digital assets prior to delivery to the respective platforms. The team is also responsible to have the assets delivered using various modules/software to the desired destination. Various workflows like transcoding, watermarking, automated & manual metadata creation, troubleshooting playback & metadata errors, tracking/updating tasks and communication with different departments to have tasks processed are some of the other added responsibilities
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in digital media & entertainment industry.
• Should be able to edit/create metadata (xlsx, csv, xml) and troubleshoot errors in them.
• Should have basic knowledge about digital or content errors/bugs pertaining to audio, video, subtitles, closed captions, etc.
• Should have a thorough understanding of Audio & Video codecs. Must have knowledge of audio configurations (5.1, 7.1 & stereo), video properties (aspect ratio, frame rate, bit rate, etc.), and issues like interlacing, aliasing, macro blocking, dropped/repeated frames, audio/video hits and/or drops, etc.
• Should be familiar with various digital workflows like transcoding, watermarking, etc.
• Should be familiar with various digital delivery methods like Aspera P2P, Aspera Faspex, FTP, Web-UI uploads, S3 transfers, etc.
• Should be skilled in Microsoft Office (specially MS-Excel). Mac-OS experience is an added advantage.
• Must have strong English communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of FCP and Adobe Premiere would be an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Should have basic experience on Quality Check of digital assets.
• Should be flexible to work in different shifts and under tight deadlines.
