Prime Video is seeking a Head of Global Social Strategy to lead the evolution of its global social media approach, working closely with regional teams, studios, and sports divisions. This role involves defining the vision, developing infrastructure, and driving investments to establish Prime Video as a leader in social marketing. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership by influence, and expertise in social media insights and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set the vision and strategy for global social media across Prime Video.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams, including Studios, Sports, Product, and PR.
• Define success metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and standardize content frameworks across locales.
• Deliver senior-level quarterly social strategy reviews, share best practices, and advocate for global investments in social infrastructure.
• Partner with paid media teams to develop relationships with key social platforms and prioritize Prime Video needs.
• Work with social insights teams to inform strategies and multiply their impact across marketing and PR.
Requirements:
• Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Expertise with social media insights tools and applying insights to strategy
- Proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and collaborate across time zones and cultures
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in marketing or communications

Salary Range:
$127,600 – $223,400 annually, based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
