Required Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in A/V production, creative agency, or post-production.
• Expertise in A/V production pipelines, including editorial post-production, audio mixing, and motion graphic design.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience with NASCAR and WNBA.
• Intermediate knowledge of Iconik and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Live Production, ACES workflows, 4k HDR, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos.

Reporting to the Head of A/V Production, Sports Marketing, this role ensures timely and efficient completion of all video assets, including trailers, TV spots, and sizzles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage video production deliverables as part of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee all aspects of A/V production, including editorial post-production, audio mixing, and motion graphic design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling sports assets.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple sports leagues, players, and rivalries.
• Ensure efficient workflows for live production, media management, and post-production.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in A/V production or a creative agency environment.
