Amazon Prime Video is hiring a Production Coordinator for its Live Sports Production team. This role involves supporting live event logistics, production content, and business operations to deliver high-quality broadcasts for global sports properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in new property launches and ongoing sports property productions.
• Support event logistics, production plans, and budgets, working with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate pre-production planning, scheduling personnel, and managing travel logistics.
• Prepare production materials, including production books, call sheets, and travel details.
• Oversee onsite production roles when needed, including stage management and production assistant duties.
• Track and reconcile event budgets, administer purchase orders, and organize production workshops.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and Production Operations teams to optimize workflows and delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of production company assistant experience.
• 1+ year of on-set physical production experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds.
• Proficiency in Excel/Smartsheet, with experience managing project budgets and cost reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital media and managing events in a global company.
