The Senior A/V Finishing Producer will be part of the Amazon MGM Studios core creative marketing team, responsible for delivering top-tier A/V marketing materials, such as trailers and digital spots, with a focus on quality and compliance for theatrical, broadcast, and digital content.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Vendor Management: Supervise vendor processes, including mix, online approvals, QC, and versioning for domestic and international asset delivery.
• Clearance Routing: Track and clear A/V assets before final delivery.
• Post Production Pipeline Strategy: Set up finishing pipelines in collaboration with post-production and VFX teams for streamlined marketing asset creation.
• Timeline Management: Provide timeline inputs, track milestones, and manage production assets to avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Session Booking: Coordinate mix and DI sessions and arrange creative and executive approvals when needed.
• Content Security: Ensure secure handling of content, vendor security compliance, and manage asset sharing system permissions.
• Asset Tracking: Monitor all assets through the finishing process, ensuring prompt receipt and distribution of key materials.
• Quality Control: Oversee QC branding, exports, resizes, and spec iterations.
• Budget Management: Oversee A/V finishing budgets, manage billing and vendor relationships, and track invoices.
• Localization Partnership: Coordinate with localization teams to meet timeline needs and provide necessary elements.
• Asset Curation: Manage the distribution of A/V assets for Amazon Original Movies and Series to external marketing vendors.
A Day in the Life:
As a part of the core marketing team, the Senior A/V Finishing Producer partners with post-production and marketing teams to manage traditional A/V assets like trailers and TV spots for Amazon Originals. Responsibilities include tracking asset readiness for marketing, coordinating localization, managing clearances, and ensuring all finishing stages (mix, color, version, QC) are executed to meet budgets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in post-production for feature, series, or marketing at a studio, vendor, or agency
• Proficiency in digital and broadcast finishing processes, including QC, mix, and online approvals
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos
• Technical knowledge of A/V specs, formats, and asset management
• Strong project management skills, with experience in budget oversight and large-scale asset delivery
Salary/Benefits
$124,700.00 - 206,200.00 per year
