The Sports Marketing team at Amazon Prime Video is hiring a Sr. Campaign Manager to lead 360° marketing campaign operations for unscripted sports programming, including docuseries and documentaries. Reporting to the Head of Campaign Management, this role will oversee campaign operations, drive creative asset development, and enhance marketing processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Operations:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns.
- Manage creative development and delivery for AV, digital, art, and print assets.
- Align cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, social, media) towards shared goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct post-mortems to improve future campaigns.
• Marketing Operations:
- Identify gaps in marketing workflows and implement process improvements.
- Develop and adopt new tools and mechanisms to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Lead long-term vision planning for marketing operations.
Requirements:
• Basic Qualifications:
- 9+ years of professional marketing experience in project or program management.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in creative production, budget management, and vendor negotiation.
- Mastery of project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Airtable).
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and working with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports fandom.
- Experience in sports marketing and/or media marketing.
- Knowledge of brand development principles and DAM systems.
Salary Range:
$128,600 – $212,600 annually, based on location and experience.
