Publicity Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Hi PRStudio USA/BrownsteinPR is looking for a FULL-TIME publicity coordinator. The person ideally would be based in Los Angeles or New York. This is to work on existing celebrity clientele as well as authors, political experts, tech, and LBGTQ initiatives. It is a boutique agency and you would work directly for the owner of the firm, so would need to be creative, resourceful, self-motivated, and be on the top of your game.

MUST have at least ONE PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERNSHIP at an Entertainment (Film/Television/Theater/Network/Studio) related agency or outfit to apply.

ENTRY LEVEL OK as long as you have the required skills. (Entry-level: Cision, Daily Google Media Tracking) (Advanced: Microsoft Office 365, Calendar Management, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Creative Writing, Excellent Grammar to write Memos, Itineraries, etc) BILINGUAL IN SPANISH/ENGLISH A PLUS

TRAINING: Must be able to train for two hours on Saturdays for one month with our Cision expert, as well as REMOTE train/onboard/shadow your direct report for one week prior to starting.

This person will be book smart, street smart, have critical thinking skills, and want to expand their knowledge while contributing their level best expertise to the existing clientele. We are motivated, we are eager and we are veterans in the industry with access to everyone to get the job done and more.

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Email and Calendar, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Word as well as Dropbox, Slack. Zoom, IMDB, Google Research, Media Briefings, some exposure to Cision, Daily Google Media Tracking, Supporting a Publicist and their clients on film and television campaigns preferred.

EXTRAS: great writer, who can proof grammar, and spelling, Who can help write blogs for the company Web site, help with pursuing new business, and have terrific social media technical and creative skills.

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE, however person is hopefully living in California, or on the East Coast (Tri State Area)
