PRTNRS MGMT INC. is a boutique talent management agency representing dynamic individuals across beauty, fashion, and entertainment. We specialize in managing artist bookings for hair and makeup with celebrity clients and brands, as well as overseeing sponsored content, partnerships, collaborations, licensing, masterclasses, and more. We are looking for a talented and versatile Assistant to become a key member of our team.
Position: We are offering full-time Talent Assistant position based on the ideal candidate's availability and experience. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee talent calendars to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
Arrange and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including creating detailed itineraries.
Prepare and distribute deal memos and call sheets.
Send invoice details to the bookkeeper and follow up on overdue payments.
Provide detailed and timely communication to agents, talent, and clients via email and phone.
Maintain and update contact lists, talent profiles, and internal documents.
Conduct research and outreach to beauty and lifestyle brands, as well as celebrity and brand publicists.
Assist lead agent with some personal tasks.
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing highly confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Positive, adaptable attitude with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interest in the beauty, fashion, influencer, and celebrity sectors.
Familiarity with trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
At least one year of experience in Beauty, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Public Relations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during Award Season (e.g., SAGs, Oscars) and major events (e.g., Met Ball, Coachella).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Dropbox.
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Ideally located in or near Orange County, or willing to commute to the area a minimum of three days per week.
