Entertainment Business Intelligence & Sales Support Specialist - Hollywood, CA
Quixote Studios is one of the nation's premier film and television studios and is looking for a Specialist, Business Intelligence & Sales Support to join our Sales team! This position will be responsible for conducting fully comprehensive research on the development and progression of Film and Television opportunities across national and international markets, tracking production updates within dynamic internal CRM database and communicate potential leads to Sales team, executing custom reports and production pipelines for the Sales and Analysis teams, supporting Sales team in their efforts to strengthen client relationships and close sales and providing administrative support to SVP, Sales and Business Development and coordinate client-focused special projects and events.
What You'll Do:
Research and track the Development and Production cycles of Film and Television opportunities across the complete scope of current and emerging global markets.
Manage and maintain Salesforce-based Production Pipeline with up-to-date production and contact information.
Verify leads by routinely vetting information across multiple sources and databases.
Correspond with external industry partners and market researchers for production updates and contact information conducive to upcoming sales opportunities.
Communicate relevant Production updates to Sales team in a timely manner; assist Sales team in identifying strongest relationships within the company to assist in making introductions.
Correspond with Stages and Production Services Team Leads to keep teams up to date on upcoming production opportunities.
Support Commercials Sales Team (Stages, MoHos, Trucks, Pro Supplies) as needed to track opportunities and sales results
Train team members in Salesforce Production and Lead tracking, as necessary, to ensure consistent functionality and up-to-date entries.
Monitor Leads and Production activity within Salesforce to identify cross-selling opportunities between Stages and Production Services departments.
Conduct specialized research per the request of the Sales or Analysis teams.
Provide detailed reports of specific industry trends, breakdowns, upcoming projects, or custom analysis per the request of the Sales or Analysis teams.
Support Sales team in client specific outreach (e.g., SWAG bags, special gifts, dinners, etc.)
Work independently and/or in conjunction with Director, Hospitality and Industry Relations on large group events or industry outreach
As needed or requested, organize and coordinate client meetings, tours, and events for the Sales team
Support SVP, Sales and Business Development in scheduling meetings (as needed or requested)
Complete expense reports on behalf of the SVP, Sales and Business Development.
Create and manage travel itineraries and reservations for the SVP, Sales and Business Development and Sales teams.
What You'll Need:
2+ years of relevant experience.
Passion for all forms of television and content, and strong knowledge of TV landscape, including linear networks, digital platforms, streaming platforms and emerging media platforms.
Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be reliable, professional and possess good judgment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and effective, clear communication skills.
Able to distill and effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible, collaborative personality, quick learner, and strong, proactive work ethic.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary/Benefits
$31.25 - 40.86 per hour
Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is between $31.25 - $40.86 an hour.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
