We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Influencer Talent Manager Assistant to support our team in managing a roster of digital talent. This role involves assisting with talent coordination, brand partnerships, administrative tasks, and social media strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing influencer relationships, contracts, and communications.
Coordinate brand collaborations, ensuring smooth execution from negotiation to content delivery.
Track and monitor influencer campaign performance and deliverables.
Research and identify potential brand partnership opportunities.
Handle scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative tasks for the talent team.
Assist in social media content planning, strategy, and execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or social media.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and social media trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in negotiating brand deals or working with influencers.
Familiarity with content creation and social media analytics.
Previous experience in a talent agency or marketing firm.
