Model Talent Manager (Future Division Lead)

RAFCO Talent Management is expanding and seeking a driven, well-connected Model Talent Manager to help build - and eventually run - our modeling division.

We are specifically looking for someone with existing relationships in the modeling world and a roster of talent they can bring with them. If you're ready to take ownership of your own department and thrive in a commission-based structure, this opportunity is for you.

- Position: Model Talent Manager
- Employment Type: Commission-Based Only
- Compensation: Aggressive 80/20 Split (You keep 80%)
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based, NYC preferred)
- Growth Opportunity: Lead RAFCO's entire modeling division

Key Responsibilities:
Bring over your own roster of modeling talent and expand it under the RAFCO umbrella
Develop and maintain strong relationships with models and industry contacts (brands, agencies, photographers, etc.)
Submit and pitch talent for castings in fashion, commercial, lifestyle, beauty, and promotional modeling
Manage talent schedules, bookings, and contracts
Help guide models through their development, branding, and career growth
Negotiate deals and ensure commission tracking
Represent RAFCO with professionalism and integrity at all times

Ideal Candidate:
Has existing connections in the modeling industry and a book of talent they're ready to bring over
Has prior experience in modeling, talent management, casting, or agency representation
Is entrepreneurial, independent, and ready to own their success
Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a commission-only structure
Is passionate about building a legacy and shaping the future of a modeling division
