Fall Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Time/Days Required: At least 2 full days per week
Workplace Requirements: Fully Remote

Bicoastal talent management company representing talent in television, film, theater, literary, music and digital, is seeking a part-time fully remote Fall 2024 intern. This internship is for college credit only and is estimated to begin September 2024. (Start and end times are determined based on your school schedule).

Responsibilities:
• Daily communications with talent, casting, managers, agents, and publicists
• Assist in creation of pitches to casting and studios
• Manage a high influx of emails
• Assist in preparing and updating client materials
• Monitor breakdowns and submissions
• Learn and use industry programs (Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, CastIt, InEntertainment, etc)
• Additional maintenance admin tasks

Qualifications:
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate
degree during the length of the program
• Must be able to receive college credit for the internship
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the semester/quarter
• Available at least 2 full days per week to intern
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Large interest in the entertainment industry
