Intern - Music A&R

What You'll Learn & Do:
Discover and research emerging talent for potential signing
Assist in artist development and help shape the next wave of music stars
Work closely with our A&R team to understand the business side of music
Conduct in-depth research on music trends, artist backgrounds, and market analysis
