THE ROLE
Timeline Productions/Touring in collaboration with 724 Management a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, is looking for a highly skilled Touring/Production Director. This position requires a seasoned Touring professional with a deep understanding of the entertainment and production industry. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of tours, from identifying talent to overseeing logistics and finances. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Day to day responsibilities for artist.
• Identify potential talent and touring opportunities.
• Design comprehensive strategies and implementation for non traditional tours.
• Oversee and direct touring logistics top to bottom including creative, production, scheduling, travel, staffing
• Manage and direct all partners and external teams - VIP programs, ticketing, merchandise, promoter partners, etc
• Create budget and manage finances for all things related to tour (production, travel, marketing, etc)
• Collaborate closely with talent and content team to administer marketing and promotion
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 3+ years of experience in touring with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry landscape.
• Prior experience in production / tour management areas of touring a must • Strong relationships with a wide variety of vendors in the touring industry - from lighting to sound, merchandise, staging, VIP etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to develop creative, innovative and execute tour concepts and logistics.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on organization and communication.
• A positive attitude with an ability to adapt to various situations and personalities under pressure.
• Note that nights and weekend work and travel will be necessary.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
