HELP, I'M BLOCKED FROM THE SITE
Help, I'm blocked from the site!
If you are seeing an error that looks like this, your IP address is blocked by the site:
Inside the U.S.
We block VPNs if their shared IP address is on our blacklist.
If you are using a VPN to access our site and that shared IP address that you're using from the VPN is on our blacklist, we have a couple of different suggestions:
- If you turn off the VPN you will be able to access the site without any security errors.
- Alternatively, you can reach out to your VPN provider to find out how to get a different IP address issued to you when using their service.
Outside the U.S.
We block some countries outside of the U.S. If you are traveling abroad and accessing the site from various locations, or if you are based outside of the U.S. and getting blocked, we suggest investing in a U.S. based VPN service. (VPN services are very inexpensive ranging from free to a few dollars a month).
VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. With a U.S. based IP address, given by your VPN, you will be able to access the website.
We suggest NordVPN, SurfShark, ZenMate, and PureVPN to name a few.
