Counsel/Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs

This is a Full Time Job

We are seeking a hardworking business and legal affairs executive to join our fast-paced team.

This position will be responsible for the full range of legal work for the development/acquisition, financing, production, post-production, license and distribution of films and television projects. This includes:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on all agreements throughout all stages and across all platforms
• Handling general in-house corporate and legal matters.

The successful candidate will be an efficient and thorough drafter, negotiator and advisor, providing concise, practical legal and business affairs advice under tight turnaround.

The role will have a high level of responsibility.

This is a remote position, but occasional in-person meetings or events may be required.
