Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
- ? Studio Setup:
Install and optimize camera, lighting, and audio equipment in our podcast studio.
Set up acoustic treatment (foam panels, rugs, soundproofing, etc.) for professional sound quality.
Assist in configuring GoPro Hero 13 cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment for optimal recording.
- ? Filming & Production:
Film weekly podcast episodes (both in-studio and remote restaurant shoots).
Operate GoPro cameras, wireless mics, and LED lighting for high-quality production.
Ensure professional framing, lighting, and sound quality during recordings.
Capture B-roll footage and behind-the-scenes content for social media.
- ?? Post-Production Assistance (Optional, but Preferred):
Edit video/audio for YouTube, social media clips, and podcast platforms.
Assist in color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Qualifications:
- Experience with camera operation (GoPro, Sony, or similar)
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be available for in-person shoots weekly in Boca Raton
- (Preferred) Experience with multi-camera podcast setups

Robinson & Casey PLLC, a South Florida law firm, is launching an in-house podcast studio and an on-location food review podcast series. We are seeking a Podcast & Video Production Assistant to set up our podcast studio and film weekly episodes, both in our studio and on location at various restaurants. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about video production, podcasting, and digital content creation.
