Executive Assistant to EVP, TV & Film

The Role:
Roc Nation is looking for a high-caliber candidate for the Executive Assistant role supporting the head of the TV & Film department. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, project management abilities, and experience in the entertainment industry, specifically with talent, casting, and content (both scripted and unscripted). Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, and be open to handling both administrative and routine tasks, including expense reports, meal coordination, and other general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings
• Act as the first point of contact, gatekeeping all calls and inquiries for TV & Film
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; manage conference calls and Zoom meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements in conjunction with the internal travel agency
• Submit monthly expenses for reimbursement in a timely manner
• Maintain the executive's schedule and keep them organized
• Research and prepare materials for the executive ahead of meetings and presentations
• Write script coverage and provide project notes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in an agency, management, or production company setting
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Professional and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills
• Self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to take initiative
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment & film industry
• Skilled in coordinating group meetings and high-level Zoom calls
• Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities

Compensation:
Expected salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD.
