Job Title: Senior Manager of Operations - Armand De Brignac
Armand de Brignac Champagne is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations who will report to the Finance Director. This position is based full-time in the New York City headquarters.
The Senior Manager of Operations plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and operational functions within the wine and spirits industry. This includes production planning, inventory management, logistics, compliance, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the beverage alcohol industry, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities, including production, bottling, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operations with business goals.
• Manage the supply chain process from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Close collaboration with finance to forecast monthly and annual production
• Manage POSM forecasting, ordering and shipments
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
• Partner with suppliers to secure raw materials and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local alcohol regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards in production and packaging to meet brand specifications.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products.
• Partner with distributors and retailers to strengthen the supply chain network.
• Monitor and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure performance metrics are met.
• Contributing to organizational plans and budgets.
• Develop and manage the operations budget, including cost forecasting and expense tracking.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations team members to achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the wines and spirits industry
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of the wines and spirits market, including trends, regulations, and competitors.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong team management skills.

• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
• Analytical skills for financial and market data interpretation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and industry-specific tools such as Navigator and VIP/Idig
• Experience working with Park Street a plus
The expected compensation for this position is:
$140,000 - $160,000 (with a bonus potential of up to 20%)
