Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Strategy (Distribution)

The Role:
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Strategy is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and content distribution strategies for Roc Nation artists. This role will focus on managing digital content, securing retail and playlisting opportunities, and maintaining artist web and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies.
• Prepare pitches for digital retail and promotional partners to secure marketing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with digital partners and liaise with label distribution partners.
• Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos.
• Support and manage artist website builds and updates.
• Drive artist awareness through creative marketing strategies, influencer marketing, and content promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute content release campaigns and other company initiatives.
• Liaise with the Data team to compile reports and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage tour promotions and support for Roc Nation events, including Made in America and sports initiatives.
Qualifications / Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in digital distribution and social platform management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and industry trends.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple campaigns under pressure.
