Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
The Manager, Residual Processing oversees the operations, staff, and processes of the Residuals Processing Department, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency in all activities related to performer residuals. This role also acts as a key operational leader in the Director's absence.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff while providing regular feedback on work quality and productivity.
• Manage daily workflows, schedules, and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy across the department.
• Analyze and optimize department operations, updating documentation and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Respond to performer inquiries regarding processing of residual payments.
• Prepare monthly reports on department performance and keep the Director informed of progress, workflow issues, and performer concerns.
• Partner with senior management to establish departmental goals, address resource needs, and align operations with organizational priorities.
• Manage scheduling, timecard approvals, and allocation of resources to maintain optimal performance.
• Oversee projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Foster relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders to support goals and enhance member service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and overseeing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing in a heavy data entry environment
• Strong customer service experience.
• Background in financial services, royalties, or residuals administration.
• Knowledge of motion picture/television distribution processes.
