What will I Do?

You will work for one of Utah's most recognizable sports brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans! You will be responsible for planning and executing game presentations, enhancing the fan experience, and fulfilling sponsorship commitments. The Marketing and Gameday Presentation Coordinator will play a key role in both the Salt Lake Bees game day presentations and overall marketing efforts. They work directly with the Marketing Manger and Senior Manager of Game Presentation to create memorable experiences at the ballpark

The position will:
• Help oversee the Promo Team and On-Field Hosts, execution of all on field promotions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Senior Game Presentation Manager to fulfill sponsorship in-game promotions.
• Execute on-field promotions, including pregame, in-game, and postgame activities.
• Schedule National Anthem performers and coordinate event details.
• Produce the pregame show on the square, ensuring engaging content.
• Help execute theme nights
• Assist with giveaways and outside events.
• Work directly with Promotional Team, On Field Host, Marketing Team, and Mascot.
• Foster a strong, collaborative team environment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Help assist with homestand marketing calendar and homestead review
• Help assure we are meeting MiLB standards
• Show case professional presence that contributes to overall experience at the ballpark.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

What are the requirements of the Job?

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years Marketing or related experience
• Demonstrated success in developing sound marketing plans and strategies
• Flexibility in work hours, including availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional attitude and ability to receive direction and feedback from various sources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with relevant marketing tools and software applications
• Skilled problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
• Performance oriented and strategic thinking
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals
• Passion for sports industry, game day presentation and enhancing overall fan experience

Is this part-time or full-time?

This is a full-time seasonal position. The position is anticipated to end in fall 2025.

What is this wage?

The hourly rate is $20/hour
