What will I Do?

You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans! You will be responsible for the planning and execution of game presentation, enhancing fan experience at the ballpark, and fulfilling sponsorships. This includes strategic contestant selection, interacting with fans, executing promotions, and working closely with other members of the Promotional Team, On Field Host, and Marketing Department.

The position will:
• Assist with the setup, takedown, and management of audio and visual requirements for pregame events.
• Oversee and coordinate activities in the square before games, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
• Schedule groups and performances for the square during theme nights, aligning with the game's focus and organizational goals.
• Ensure the square's decor and activities align with theme nights and promotional tiers.
• Continuously work to enhance the pregame square experience, bringing creativity and innovation to events.
• Create an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere in the square for fans attending each game.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to coordinate the overall atmosphere in the square.
• Act as the main point of contact and coordinator for activities in the square, ensuring a seamless fan experience.
• Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities, contributing ideas and executing new strategies to elevate events.
• Represent the Salt Lake Bees at events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Attend a minimum of 75% of Bees home games.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals.
• Passion for event planning and creating memorable fan experiences.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and operate in stressful situations.
• Enthusiasm for working in the sports industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with other team members.
• Ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude with guests
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

What are the hourly rates?

The wage is $15.00/hour.

Is this part-time or full-time?

This is a seasonal (March-September) part-time position
