A prominent YouTube Family is looking for a ''Personal & Production Assistant''.
We are looking for an extremely organized PPA who is really comfortable working with a multi-tasking professional Family! This a hybrid role combining Production and assistant responsibilities... which includes handling YouTube Production projects company as well as Family logistics.
The perfect person has experience working in the production or entertainment industries AND loves the family vibe and being around children, as you will be in a home office environment.
You will be managing the pre-production from A to Z, content schedule, liaising with partners/suppliers, casting crew, overseeing projects and doing research.. Your priority is to solidify all the details of ours video projects before producing content.
You naturally are fast, resourceful, kind and love to solve problems. Ideally, you have previous experiences as Pre-Production manager and an existing network of freelancers/suppliers in the LA area.
The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm with some flexibility to stay late when required a production. There could be some travel in the future.
Office based in AGOURA HILLS California.
