Job Title: Game Operations Assistant
Location: Santa Cruz, CA
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a stage manager to assist with building and implementing engaging events, creating a fan-centric experience for all attendees
• Assist with the maintenance of department props and equipment for game day and other events
• Brainstorm with the team to understand upcoming pop culture trends and build new activations for events and game day
• Collaborate with various individuals and teams on game day presentations, promotions, and entertainment
• Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to push/pull/carry and lift up to 30 lbs. (set-up and breakdown)
• Ability to climb stairs and sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods
Time Commitment:
• Committed to work the majority of home games – 24 regular season games and playoffs
• 4-hour shifts on game days, typically 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Compensation:
• $17.50 per hour
