Job Description:
The Project Manager role at Eyeline Studios, a division of Scanline VFX, is key to managing strategic projects for the Technology teams. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this position involves driving project planning, scheduling, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across departments. The role also requires leading Agile processes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, define stakeholders, and set project goals aligned with company targets.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and collaborator reports.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning Meetings, breaking down tasks for project resources.
• Monitor resource allocation and staffing levels.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as meetings and documentation.
• Report project status, risks, and progress, ensuring Agile metrics are tracked.
• Manage Agile processes, including Scrum and Kanban, and oversee sprint planning.
• Maintain stakeholder involvement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build consensus among teams with varied interests, addressing contrary opinions.
• Participate in the development of project management discipline at Scanline/Eyeline.
Qualifications:
• Advanced experience using project management tools such as Jira, AirTable, ClickUp, Asana, and Flow (ShotGrid).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 per year (Vancouver, BC). Final salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience.
