This is a Part Time Paid Internship
Sesame Street Digital Media Production is looking for Computer Science majors for the Spring 2015 Production Internship. We are looking for proactive, driven, problem solving interns that are interested in learning about all aspects of digital production.
Past Intern Responsibilities Have Included:
• Answer phone lines
• Assist in Sesame Street Digital Shoots
• Assists with general production needs as directed
• Bug fixes and code changes for HTML5 Games
• Debug issues on various websites and games
• Design programs to help team members be more efficient
• HTML/CSS changes for websites
• Observe both creative and management aspects of digital production
• Opportunity to observe and assist with needs during domestic Sesame Street productions
• Test new Sesame Street Apps/Games for the web and mobile devices
• Work within different Content Management Systems to upload game builds and make website changes
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Help Sesame Workshop staff as directed
Works Directly With:
• International Creative & Global Interactive Strategy
• Production Management - Technical Team
• Sesame Street Domestic
Desired Skills:
• Ability to write elegant and documented code
• Experience with flash games a plus
• Experience with HTML5, Canvas, Javascript, CSS, Jquery
• Familiarity with best practices in game live operations
• iPhone/Android App Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Computer Science Majors: Students who are currently enrolled in a Computer Science majors are preferred.
Please Note: Applicants must be currently enrolled in College or University.
All years are welcome to apply, Juniors and Seniors preferred.
Internship will start in January 2015 and end in May 2015.
Days/Hours Needed: 21 hours/week max
