We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and strategic marketer to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing team based in the New York office. This is an impactful, hands-on role where you’ll be at the forefront of developing big ideas and custom marketing solutions that drive revenue for SHE Media and results for our advertisers. You’ll craft compelling proposals and directly influence multi-platform advertising campaigns for some of the most recognized brands and agencies.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker and expert storyteller with the ability to build strong proposals, both proactive and reactive, that meet client objectives and drive home the unique benefits of SHE Media. Health/pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic revenue-driving marketing proposals with a focus on creative thinking and innovation, including, but not limited to custom creative content, social and digital media, video, creator content, events, and data.
• Lead strategic RFPs (reactive and proactive) and big ideas to drive revenue, all supported with insights, and the most relevant mix of SHE Media assets into a cohesive response with a strong concept and impactful presentation.
• Act as key voice during the transition from pre-sale to post-sale and lead the concept workshopping process, ensuring pre-sale concepts are refined with the client post-sale goals.
• Ensure all elements tie back to client KPIs, ensuring success metrics for all tactics are established and followed.
• Utilize ComScore, MRI Catalyst, Google Analytics, and industry insights with relevant data to tell a strategic insights-driven story customized as needed per advertiser.
• Work with the post-sale team to uncover program performance and the best-performing assets to be included in RFPs based on various KPIs to ensure client campaign success and renewal.
• Create new brand materials and big idea opportunities including seasonal packages, editorial sponsorships, general presentations, event materials and more.
• Represent SHE Media on presentations both internally and on calls with client and agency partners.
• Monitor and share creative ideas, new marketing trends, competitive landscape, technologies, and program innovations across the lifestyle media environment.
Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in digital media and health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Creative and strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into compelling, insight-driven marketing solutions.
• Superior Microsoft Office skills, with a key emphasis in PowerPoint and presentation design
• Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions including custom content, video, social, influencer, events, and programmatic
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function well in a collaborative, matrix environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing or advertising.
Typical wage range: $100k - $110k
Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
