Overview & Responsibilities
Looking for an exciting role in sports? We are seeking an experienced Coordinator, Sports Marketing to join the Showtime Sports & Event Programming (SEP) team! This role will play a key role in supporting the SEP Marketing team with the production and timely distribution of consumer and affiliate marketing materials for Showtime Championship Boxing, ShoBox: The New Generation, BELLATOR MMA, SHOWTIME Sports documentaries and SHOWTIME Sports Pay Per View events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration and prioritization skills to support a busy department. Duties will include:
• Work with internal creative services and outside agencies on the production of marketing and advertising materials; manage distribution to all partners.
• Implement multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously for SHOWTIME Pay-Per-View, Showtime Championship Boxing, SHOBox: The New Generation and unscripted sports programming. Oversee deliverables for all off-air paid media campaigns working with internal Media and Creative Services teams and outside Media and Digital agencies; continuously monitor overall effectiveness.
• Initiate production and manage custom content deliveries for Showtime Championship Boxing, ShoBox: The New Generation and SHOWTIME PPV event assets for our closed-circuit distributor.
• Develop high-impact Powerpoint presentations for Pay-Per-View events and department initiatives.
• Field and fulfill all asset requests for sports content including promos, clip lifts, key art files, hi-res images and logos.
• Coordinate consumer-focused activations at live sports events including brand ambassador recruitment and on-site promotion logistics at various venues.
• Code and process all invoices and work with Manager to monitor department budget.
• Manage sports calendar ‘reminder’ database, update platform with all live event metadata and work with Manager on ongoing strategic efforts to grow subscriber base.
• Manage scheduling of promotion for Showtime priority programming in all Showtime Sports podcasts and digital video series including All The Smoke, Morning Kombat, Showtime Boxing, Below The Belt and 4th and Forever; oversee creative deliverables and ensure weekly deadlines are met.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising or Communication
• 2 years of experience in event marketing or promotions

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional demeanor while interacting with all levels of management
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with a variety of internal and external personnel.
• Proficient in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
