The Coordinator, Program Marketing will support members of the Program Marketing Team assigned to campaigns supporting content releases across MTVE, Showtime and Nickelodeon. Position is responsible for assisting the team in strategic development and tactical execution of the consumer marketing campaigns, helping deliver new audiences and subscribers for Paramount . These efforts include clearly defining campaign objectives, identifying target audiences, surfacing relevant insights, and developing a show positioning that guides the creation of all marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordination of advertising tactics and marketing plans.
• Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks
• Daily interaction with internal campaign managers and external partners to gather information and/or inquire about tactics listed on department creative execution documents.
• Design, create, and help present marketing decks.
• Support the development and execution of off-channel paid media campaigns by creating briefs, delivery specifications, and assisting with the creative review of all campaign materials.
• Support and collaborate with the cross-functional marketing teams to assist in the development of series marketing plans and strategies
• Routing and communicating feedback for advertising tactics including but not limited to digital, TV/streaming, out-of-home, audio, and print.
• Prepare for and attend internal and external meetings and own meeting notes, next steps and their distribution.
• Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making.
• Provide general department administrative support when needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• A passion and enthusiasm/interest in the entertainment, streaming & television space, including kids/family focused content
• Understanding of advertising and/or consumer marketing execution
• Clear communication and writing skills
• Experience creating marketing decks and presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accuracy/detail oriented
• Highly organized and resourceful
• Proactive, quick learner
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related major.
• 1-3 years' relevant advertising and/or consumer marketing experience.
• Similar positions include Advertising Agency Account Coordinator or Marketing Coordinator.
• Advertising/marketing experience within entertainment field highly preferred, but not mandatory.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $53,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
