Skydance is hiring for a Coordinator who will be responsible for providing executive support to the SVP, Global Controller and SVP, Corporate Finance & Strategy. This position will also support the broader Corporate Finance & Accounting team on an ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the SVP, Global Controller and SVP, Corporate Finance & Strategy, including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling, high volume phones
• Organize meetings with internal and external contacts, including necessary documentation, agenda creation, room preparation, and video/call conferencing
• Coordinate travel including overnight and international accommodations, scheduling of events, creating travel itineraries, and distribution of information as appropriate
• Responsible for updating Finance team shared calendar with vacation, deadlines, etc.
• Coordinate and direct documents to appropriate parties, obtain approvals as necessary
• Prepare correspondence (memos, emails), assist with filing, preparation, and distribution as necessary
• Assist with the preparations of presentations on PowerPoint
• Process and track T&E expenses for both executives and others, as designated, via Nexonia
• Track and report budgetary spending
• Database and basic general ledger entries
• Ad hoc projects and office support, as needed for the Finance team
Requirements
• 3 years' administrative experience; previous support of Finance Executive(s) preferred
• Working knowledge of corporate finance with entertainment industry a plus; ability to recognize and extract critical data and information from materials and documents desired
• Strong proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of competing tasks independently, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, with analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong project- and time-management while maintaining high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management through demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in a manner consistent with company's Code of Conduct and core values
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
The hourly range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.04-25.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
