Slash MGMT, Inc. is a talent management firm representing multi-talented artists reaching a broad digital fan base. The firm offers full-service talent management with a focus in music, TV/Film Development, endorsements, and licensing/brand-building.

About the role:

Slash is looking to mentor someone and utilize our network and relationships to help build a roster from scratch. You'll play a pivotal role in signing new talent, nurturing and advancing the careers of Instagram creators, and establishing relationships with brands and agency partners. For the right candidate, this role represents an opportunity to grow quickly into a salaried position with a commission split. Specifically, we are looking at two candidates: One that will focus on Beauty & Fashion and one that will focus on LGBT personalities.

About you:

In-Depth Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube: You MUST HAVE demonstrated expertise and familiarity with social media platforms and their ecosystem

Ideally we are looking for someone who is already a pro-level talent manager, that knows the ins and outs of managing Instagram creators effectively and can point to an existing roster of creators that they have managed. However, we can train the right, teachable person with appropriate experience elsewhere.

Familiarity With Bookers: You'll know which brands consistently book creators, which agencies are prolific bookers, who to avoid, and know what type of creator profiles they want to book

Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with influencers, brands, and marketing agencies

Entrepreneurial Spirit: You'll be driving a talent roster forward from zero to one hundred.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of the role

Autonomous Drive: Capability to work independently, set and pursue ambitious goals, and drive personal initiatives, while leaning on the established team and culture at Slash.
