Winter / Spring Intern - Sync Licensing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Location: REMOTE position, Students ONLY

Job Type: Part-time Internship 20 hours per week.

Duration: Winter/Spring Semester

Salary: Unpaid, but college credit is available.

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Sync Licensing Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and COO and support them in a variety of tasks including research, data entry, and client outreach. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the sync licensing industry and gain valuable, real time experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of pitch materials, including playlist creation and presentation preparation
• Updating and keeping metadata organized
• Support the team with data entry and administrative tasks
• Bring your ideas to the table about new clients and music that we should be pitching
• Assist with client outreach and follow-up, including email correspondence and phone calls
• Attend and assist with various industry events and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a music-related degree program, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of Dropbox and Disco (will train if not)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
