As an Associate Recruiter at Sony Music Entertainment, you will execute and deliver on the recruiting strategy. This is an opportunity to operate as a key partner to uncover a broad array of talent, partner with business leaders on hiring needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the journey. What you'll do:
• Own the overall recruiting experience for entry level roles including develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of talent; convert prospects to candidates; and manage the pipeline
• Operate with agility across multiple TA pillars; leaning in as business needs arise
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the scope of each open job, business goals, and “what they are solving forâ€
• Create a meaningful candidate experience by constructing narratives for each open role when going to market, keeping candidates informed in the spirit of transparency, and educating hiring managers on the importance of candidate experience
• Commit to sourcing, identifying, and nurturing a diverse slate of candidates and advocate for their consideration
• Provide recommendations throughout the process including what candidates to interview and helping sort out any issues that may arise along the way
• Advise hiring managers and PXBP's using insights and market intelligence to make data informed decisions
• Collaborate with PX Business Partners throughout the process
• Maintain high standards when operating within Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure integrity of data
• Attend career fair and community events throughout the year. Travel as needed
Who you are:
• You have 2 years with in-house or agency recruiting experience or relevant experience
• You have leveraged direct sourcing including using social media platforms (Linked In) to source candidates
• You are a partner when it comes to finding talent. You ask the right questions, seek to understand, and enjoy scouring the market
• You take initiative and operate with autonomy within a complex global organization
• You have a healthy obsession with candidate experience
• You connect the dots and know which stakeholders to leverage at the right time
• Superb communication skills combined with competitive market awareness and high level of EQ.

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
