Sony Music Entertainment (SME) is looking for a Coordinator, Catalog Marketing to join the Regional Catalog team at Sony Music Latin Iberia. This role will be a Flex First role (in-office 4 days a week and working remotely 1 day).
As the Coordinator, Catalog Marketing, you will report to the VP, Catalog for Latin-Iberia Region. Work closely with the different markets of the region. You will be directly responsible for supporting the VP, Catalog with administrative and coordinator-level activities as well as contributing to the different marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be performing key actions to maximize the performance of the Sony Music catalog at a regional and global level. You will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of our catalog priorities and repertoire.
What you'll do:
• Support the catalog marketing strategy for Sony Music Latin Iberia region.
• Provide operational support to regional priorities: run analysis using Sony Music systems, ensure marketing plans are received, deadlines are met, etc.
• Key participation in priority campaign set ups: assets creation, coordination with the agency, etc.
• Support the regional markets in their needs for our priority campaigns, with the global teams.
• Campaign and catalogue performance analysis.
• Developing of presentations for the senior management of the company.
• Manage expenses and control budgets.
• Other duties as assigned including assisting the VP, Catalog and the department.
Who you are:
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required. (Speak, read and write)
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Analytics, Business Administration, Music, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Administrative and/or Coordinator level experience in the Music Business is preferred.
• You understand the Music Business Industry.
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a proven track record of being very organized.
• You prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have strong Excel skills.
• You are a passionate team player, and a selfless collaborator, effectively driving the agenda across the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive outlook.
