Job Overview:
This role supports the Chair & CEO of Sony Music Nashville/Provident Entertainment, ensuring their operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, adapting to a fluid work environment, and serving as the face of the C-Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Time and Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and expenses. Anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
• Adaptability: Maintain composure and flexibility during periods of change or uncertainty. Handle shifting priorities efficiently.
• Anticipating Needs: Understand patterns and needs, preparing the CEO for meetings and external events. Proactively confirm arrangements and adjust schedules in real-time.
