Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison for staff, clients, and industry contacts, maintaining confidentiality and trust
• Manage scheduling and heavy calendar management
• Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements
• Process and submit monthly expenses
• Maintain the executive’s external contacts
• Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and action points
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Provide administrative support and ad-hoc project assistance as needed
