This is a Full Time Job
As Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting numerous live theatrical entertainment tours around the country. RoadCo represents a broad roster of live events based on popular brands and pre-existing intellectual properties, as well as all-new immersive, interactive attractions for viewers of all ages, including Bluey's Big Play, Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse: Live in Concert, Avatar The Last Airbender: A Symphonic Quest, and more. Your role would provide support to our teams, generating daily ticket wrap reports, summarizing and analyzing data, and maintaining tour routes and internal databases.
What you'll do:
• Maintain tour routes in online database and Excel
• Generate daily wrap reports to track ticket sales for upcoming touring engagements
• Maintain Operations department trackers and documentation including database entries and settlement reports
• Coordinate company conference registrations
Who you are:
• You have experience working with Excel/databases
• An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
• A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details
• You have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$40,000 — $45,000 USD
