Senior Buyer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Three Ten, a merchandising company within Sony Music Entertainment, specializes in providing clients with elevated branding experiences for music, sports, entertainment IP, retail, and pop-up shops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations to achieve Sales, Margin, and Turnover plans.
• Enter and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Head of On-Site Retail, Planning Manager, Merchandising Director) to meet business objectives.
• Build, create, and manage merchandise assortments by analyzing trends, pricing, and promotions.
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal price/value relationships and establish seasonal strategic plans.
• Develop exclusive product assortments through vendor partnerships and product development.
• Analyze market and competitive data to assess strategies and identify business opportunities.
• Visit national and global stores to identify trends, evaluate competition, and inform product plans.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in merchandising/Buying.
• Proven creativity in identifying business opportunities and addressing challenges.
