VP Production

This is a Full Time Job

The VP, Production will oversee all merchandise production for Ceremony of Roses. On top of leading all domestic and international production, the VP, Production will also oversee the production development, merchandise production, and retail merchandise production teams. The role will also involve finding and building new vendor relationships and ensuring that the production element of projects are efficient and economically viable.

What you'll do:
• Oversee product production/printing processes  
• Manager production team and staff   
• Source vendors that can meet our price requirements and that offer product category resources
• Negotiate vendor deals and manage relationships
• Ensure products meet our clients quality standards

Who you are:
• Deep relationships with manufacturers and printers across a variety of different product types
• Ability to bring in strong vendors to expand product offerings. 
• Experience in vendor and partner management
• Strong team management skills
• Entrepreneurial and exciting about being part of fast-growing division
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current and upcoming trends, and how to best execute in these areas.
• Experienced and/or comfortable working in Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

California Pay Range

$140,000 — $160,000 USD
