Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Description:
Sony Pictures Television Studios, one of the industry’s leading content providers, produces over 50 shows annually across genres and platforms, including The Boys, The Night Agent, Dark Matter, Outlander, and Twisted Metal. SPTS is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to support the EVP/Head of Development. This role requires a proactive communicator who can anticipate executive needs and effectively manage high-level interactions and office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide organizational and administrative support to the EVP/Head of Development and other executives as needed.
• Coordinate schedules, calendars, phone calls, and call lists.
• Manage travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and expense reports.
• Create and maintain global contacts.
• Read scripts, review dailies, and summarize notes from development meetings and calls.
• Track and process invoices.
• Create and update presentations, letters, and management reports.
• Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet research.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the television/entertainment industry.
• 5+ years of administrative support experience for busy executives.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $32/hour to $40/hour. Actual salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Incentives and comprehensive benefits may be provided.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $32/hour to $40/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits.
