Coordinator – Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Finance Team
Job Description:
The Coordinator will provide support to the SVP Finance and the Finance team in Miami. This role also involves general office administration and coordination with internal and external contacts, including vendors, channel partners, and departments. The Coordinator will handle various tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and assisting with finance projects, with the opportunity for future growth in finance roles.
Responsibilities:
• 50% Admin Support:
- Assist the SVP Finance and 3 Finance VPs with tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, managing phone calls, arranging travel, and processing expenses.
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents and supporting the finance department.
• 25% General Office Support:
- Manage office supplies and kitchen inventory.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and phone calls for the general SPT office number.
- Provide services and direction to visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Assist with sustainability, safety, and security initiatives and company events.
• 15% Finance Project Support:
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc projects and financial analysis.
• 10% Purchase Orders & Payment Requests:
- Manage purchase orders related to office and kitchen supplies and shipping costs.
Requirements:
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
• Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of office/business work experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SAP/ARIBA experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage confidential information, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Required to be in the office Monday to Friday.
